HOTEL - Worcestershire

Because the panels are all manufactured off-site, delivery and work times are much quicker than conventional build, making timber frame an ideal solution to meet the challenge of the tight access and construction area of such unusual locations.

HOUSING ASSOCIATION - Swindon, Wiltshire
Concept Timber used specialist timber engineering to create complex curved truss roofs for seven Eco-friendly houses in Swindon. The challenge from the clients was to accommodate the interaction between a three-storey and a two-storey building. Panelvent and Paneline sheathing, turbo filled with Warmcel insulation, together with large solar spaces ensured that the structures exceeded the guidelines favoured by Housing Associations to achieve low energy housing.
