We can engineer or supply everything from complex softwood frames to beautiful hardwood frames in Oak or Douglas Fir. When wide spans or unusual curved structures are required, we may recommend the strength of Masonite I-beams or the design flexibility of Glu-laminated timber. For extra strong applications, we also manufacture special eco-joists using metal posi-struts. Many of our projects now feature a traditional oak or Douglas Fir frame, in-filled with energy efficient timber panels. This achieves the dual benefit of attractive exposed beams with a healthy, efficient and environmentally friendly living environment. |
